ABOUT

Sascha McMeekin
Accredited Practising Dietitian

Sascha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over a decade of experience. During her career she has gathered a wealth of knowledge, particularly in the areas of function gut disorders and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). She completed FODMAP training with Monash University  and created the Master Your IBS program, a comprehensive package designed for clients with functional gut issues.

 

Sascha's career has included working in the research and hospital setting and has taken her across the world to leading the functional gut disorder outpatient clinics at London Bridge Hospital to being the Gastrointestinal and Colorectal Dietitian at St John of God Subiaco Hospital in Perth, Australia. Currently, alongside helping her clients, she is working with the Noisy Guts research team at the University of Western Australia, which aims to develop a non-invasive diagnostic tool for gut disorders.

Sascha has equipped herself with the skills to deliver the latest, research-based dietary advice for the effective management of many conditions. She continues to extend her knowledge and skills in regular professional development and is an active member of Dietitians Australia.
