Ingredients:
1 medium kiwi fruit
1 cup baby spinach leaves
1/8 (30g) of an avocado
¼ cup Greek yoghurt (lactose free if required)
2/3 cup milk, low fat (lactose free if required)
1 Tbs desiccated coconut
1 tsp psyllium husks
Method:
Peel the kiwi fruit.
Rinse and drain the baby spinach leaves.
Peel the avocado.
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
Serve immediately
